CS Foundation

Students who have passed the Senior Secondary (10+2) examination of a Board or any examination accepted by the Central Government as equal are eligible. Exception from Foundation examination is specified to the graduates, Post graduates and the students who passed the Common Proficiency test (CPT) lead by ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) might directly strive for registration to Executive Program of Company Secretary Course in Bangalore.

Duration : 8 months, without the months of admission and examination. Students are essential to passing the Foundation examination in 3 years from the date of their admission.

Admission: 31st March for appearing in December examination in the similar year.
30th September for appearing in June exam in the next year

Examination: Examination would be held in OMR system including objective type multiple-choice questions.
There would be two parts in a paper entailing of two subjects of 100 Marks each.

2. Business Management, Ethics and communication (50 questions with 100 marks)

Qualifying Marks: A student is confirmed as pass when a minimum of 40 % in every subject and 50% marks in the total of all subjects.
